Welcome to GoCollege101. By accessing our website at gocollege101.net or engaging our college counseling services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

GoCollege101 provides private college admissions counseling, essay coaching, financial aid guidance, and related educational consulting services to students and families. Our services are offered through various programs including but not limited to the GoCollege Elite Program, Florida Select Program, Last Minute Senior, and College Transfer Program.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to students of all ages with parental or guardian consent for minors under 18. By engaging our services, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into an agreement with us.

3. Consultations and Appointments

• Free discovery calls are offered at no charge and are subject to availability.
• Paid services begin only after a signed service agreement and receipt of payment or deposit.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the session.

4. Payments and Refunds

• Program fees are outlined in your individual service agreement.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless GoCollege101 cancels the engagement.
• Refund requests for paid sessions must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the service date.

5. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS text messages from GoCollege101 related to your services, appointments, and program updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.

We do not use purchased, rented, or affiliate lead lists for SMS outreach. All contacts have explicitly opted in to receive communications from us.

6. No Guarantee of Admission

GoCollege101 provides expert guidance and support, but we do not guarantee admission to any college or university. Admission decisions are made solely by the institutions, and outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control. Our 100% acceptance rate reflects our commitment and track record, not a contractual guarantee.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all student and family information with strict confidentiality. We do not share personal information with colleges, universities, or third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on gocollege101.net — including text, graphics, logos, and program materials — is the property of GoCollege101 and protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

GoCollege101 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
